Power Inverters: True Sine Wave versus Modified Sine Wave

This is information which covers the differences between modified and true sine wave power inverters. The video highlights some product issues and our recommendation towards true sine wave power inverters.

True Sine wave inverters produce a higher quality of electricty than their cheaper counterparts, modified sine wave inverters. We recommend purchasing true sine wave power inverters under 300 watts. Ths is mainly because our most sensitive loads run at 300 watts or less.

For example loads better served by True Sine Wave might be:

    Laptops
    PCs and Macs
    Plasma and LCD screens
    Battery Chargers
    Oxygen Concentrators
    Laser Printers
    Fax Machines
