    Power Inverters for Camping

We love to car camp, can we bring a power inverter camping?

Yes you can use power inverters for camping, especially if you car camp. This way you have your car battery and can use you inverter while camping. I have taken my inverter in many car camping trips. By car camping I mean we drive to the state park, set up a tent and keep our car free to travel around the area. Look at all of our great Camping Power Inverters at OutsideSupply.com.

I have use power inverters on these trips to run Microwaves, DVD players, TV, and VCR. While I am getting outdoors, I tell you it is nice to use my TV on my power inverter.

I have even taken batteries and used power inverters in my tent. These were AGM batteries and they powered my inverter for a late night KIDS MOVIE NIGHT.

I think it is important to mention that Power Inverters produce hazardous amounts of electricity. When camping it is possible that these units could get wet. This is very dangerous. You should never use power inverters in the rain or even near water. These inverters deserve the same respect you give your household electrical outlets. Please read the owners manual and follow all the saftey information. Also you common sense when deciding if it is an OK time or place to use a power inverter.
