    FUSE your Power Inverter!

Always follow the manufacturers guidelines for proper installation and fusing of power inverters.
Outside Supply carries many of the fuses and cables required to properly install power inverters.

Always fuse your power inverter according to manufacturer instructions. By fusing according to installation instructions, you are taking the advice offered by the engineers who designed the product. That is why I also suggest following the Manufacturer installation instructions.

Most inverter installs above 1000 watts require pretty heavy duty cables and fuses on the DC side to operate properly. This fuse and wire can be the difference between fire and no fire. The protection offered by following the manufacturers instructions is worth the time and expense. If you have a question regarding proper installation of a power inverter, call the manufacturer and talk to their technical support team.

Fuses for power inverters vary from small auto type fuses to big class T fuses. So make sure you know what your inverter requires. IF you don't know, we carry a full line of inverter install kits at OutsideSupply.com
