    Interference caused by Power Inverter

We often get calls at Outside Supply expressing frustration about how to remove interference from a TV or radio run on a power inverter.

sine wave power inverter for sensitive loads. There are several things you can do, but the best solution is to upgrade your sensitive loads to a true sine wave power inverter. This upgrade will provide a cleaner more consistent AC power to your device. This often cuts interference or lines caused by the previous power inverter completely.

There are a few things to try if you don't want to upgrade you power inverter:

    1. Keep you AC power cables and DC power Cables as far apart as possible. Try not to cross or wind any cables.

    2. Add small magnets ( Available at many radio Stores) to the power cord and AV cords.

    3. Move the inverter as far away as possible from the device it is causing interference on.

These 3 things can often make a huge impact in clarity and also dramatically reduce interference.

Still the best best is to get a True Sine Wave Power Inverter for your more delicate loads.
